We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
- Certain items like undergarments, beauty products, or personalized goods are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
- Our team will guide you through the return shipping instructions.
Note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or payment provider (processing times vary).

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. If you need to exchange an item, email us with photos and order details.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this window, the order will be processed and shipped, and you will need to initiate a return once received.
